Job Summary:
The Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of PayNOWs product lifecycle, from concept to launch. This role requires a strategic thinker who can understand market trends, gather user feedback, and translate these into impactful product features.

Key Responsibilities:

Define the product vision and roadmap in alignment with the companys strategic goals.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand user needs.
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver product enhancements and new features on time and within budget.
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launch and adoption.
Analyze performance metrics and use insights to refine product strategies.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
3+ years of product management experience in the tech or fintech sector.
Strong analytical skills and experience with product performance metrics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Agile methodologies and user-centered design.
