Biochemist needs 8+ years’ experience
Biochemist requires:
 A BS or MS in a life sciences discipline, with training in biochemistry, analytical chemistry, or related fields, experience in the industry is preferred.
 Prior laboratory experience (internships, co-ops, or academic research) is preferred but not required.
 Some experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, mass spectrometry, and ELISA is desired but not required.
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
 Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and keen to improve processes.

Biochemist duties:
 Assist in the development and optimization of bioconjugates stability assays and linker-payload release methods.
 Conduct linker-payload enzymatic release studies to evaluate the specificity of payload release.
 Prepare and maintain reagents, buffers, and other laboratory supplies required for assays
 Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities related to assay performance.
 Work closely with discovery team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects. •
 Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements in the laboratory.
