Qualifications
• Experience operating insertion machinery is a plus.
• Comfortable working the 2nd shift schedule.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Responsibilities
• Operate and maintain inserter machines efficiently during the 2nd shift.
• Ensure all materials are correctly loaded and aligned for smooth operation.
• Monitor machine performance and promptly address any issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning to keep machines in top condition.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Keep accurate records of production output and any machine malfunctions.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
