PART TIME BOOKKEEPER
About Us: · 25+ year established bookkeeping/accounting firm· Specialize in working with a variety of small business clients· Friendly office setting· Full service hands on bookkeeping and small payrolls· No corporate or individual tax return preparation· Quickbooks® software.
Job Duties Include : Payroll· Payroll tax payments· Quarterly and year end payroll tax returns·
Minimum Skill Requirements: · Associates degree in Accounting (not finance or business)· 2+ years experience with above job duties in Quickbooks®· Quickbooks® proficiency beyond data entry· EFTPS and Mytaxil and other state revenue · Accuracy· Attention to detail .
Please note that this is a part time position about 20 - 30 hours per month with consistent yet flexible day time hours. We are offering above entry level compensation range, depending on experience and skill level. Experience and accuracy is required. Only qualified applicants need apply.
