Shift Production Supervisor

at Jobisite in Ohio

Responsibilities

§ Lead, motivate, and supervise production team members to ensure they are performing at their best.

§ Oversee the production schedule to ensure timely completion of orders while maintaining high quality standards.

§ Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any quality-related issues and continuously improve processes.

§ Enforce safety regulations and protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees.

§ Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production output, downtime, and inventory levels.

§ Oversee general supply inventories to make sure enough is on hand for daily operations.

Requirements

§ Some College education is helpful but not required; A Bachelors degree is a plus.

§ 7+ years in a manufacturing operations role.

§ 3+ years in a supervisory role or leadership role.

§ Proven experience in an industrial manufacturing environmentSteel, Automotive, Aerospace, Chemical, etc.
