Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in data modeling or a related role.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Proven track record of developing and implementing data models for large-scale systems.
Skills:
Proficiency in data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, ER/Studio, PowerDesigner).
Strong understanding of database design principles and best practices.
Knowledge of SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
Ability to translate business requirements into data models.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a related field.
Certification in data modeling or database management (e.g., CDMP, CBIP).
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.
Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
