Social Media/Content Specialist

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist with fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish to join our Marketing team at a world-leading trading community

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the trading industry and be adept at navigating the rapidly evolving social media landscape. This role requires expertise in content creation, including video production, and the ability to engage with diverse audiences across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a devoted team player, capable of close communication with marketing teams, and collaboration with in-house content and community managers, translators, and editors

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy that aligns with the companys goals and objectives.
SM Accounts Management: Grow owned social media accounts and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner. Monitor SM crowd sentiment.
Weekly Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualification requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in social media management, or a related role, preferably in the crypto industry.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Proven experience in managing social media platforms (Telegram,, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube).
Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics, and tools.
understanding of the trading industry and its audience.
Proactive adoption of AI and other emerging tools for social media content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) and video production software.
Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a passionate team environment with deadlines.
Strong self-management skills and attention to detail.
