Join our team at View Emirates Sports Club as a Court Monitor and be part of an exciting and dynamic environment! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about ensuring safety and providing exceptional customer service. As a Court Monitor, you will oversee activities on our courts and ensure all guests have a fun and safe experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and positive attitude.
Monitor activities in the courts to ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
Provide instructions and guidance to guests on equipment usage and safety procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the court area.
Handle inquiries and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist in emergency procedures and protocols as needed.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Key Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact well with guests of all ages.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Must be able to effectively communicate with directors, managers, team members, and guests
Prior experience in a similar role or customer service experience preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification (mandatory to have before starting work).
