Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
Maintain customer records and document interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Stay updated on company products and services
Assist in training new team members
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Assist customers with product orders, returns, and exchanges.
Identify and resolve conflicts or issues to the best of your ability.
Guide customers through our website, policies, and procedures.
Manage data entry and order processing for customers.
Maintain knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
