Full-time Aircraft Systems Engineering

Job Title : Aircraft Systems Engineering

Location : Everett, WA

Responsibilities:

10-12+ years of OEM experience in aircraft "Change Incorporation and Refurbishment" coordinator role

Develops and maintains product structure definition controls, product naming conventions, and product identification

Analyzes data gathered from identified sources, identifies discrepancies and works with responsible organizations to resolve

Develops, documents and implements configuration management processes

Manages the change process

Integrates and coordinates design and configuration data required for certifications and/or flight clearance notices

Collects, organizes, synthesizes and analyzes data to support and guide business decisions

Summarizes findings; develops conclusions and recommendations to develop product offerings

Strong project management skills and organization.

Communication skills at all levels of leadership.

Be able to get team members to work together using influence skills.

Ability to effectively lead a cross functional team through an established yet variable process.

Adaptable and sustainable mindset (Collaboratively address emergent problems/issues, deploy countermeasures, and ensure long term solutions are enacted so the problem doesn’t come back).

Be open to new ideas and be able to challenge team to think differently.

Understanding of basic engineering concepts and systems level thinking.

Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Including MS Project).

Experience in Adobe, ECAS, IBEX, ACMS, CPS, DCCS, and/or IVX
