Banqueting / Events Chef Peterborough 35K

Our client, based close to Peterborough, is currently looking to expand their team and is in need of a banqueting and events chef. The role will involve working most Saturdays, with possibly 1 or 2 other evenings in the week, alongside hours in the production kitchen.

The responsibilities would include preparing, cooking, and storing items for functions ranging from 30 to 150 guests. On event days, you would be driving a van to the venue, cooking, plating, garnishing, and overseeing the function before returning to the production kitchen.

It is worth noting that driving is a crucial aspect of this role, so a valid driver's license is required. In return, you will enjoy regular Sundays and Mondays off each week, plus a finish time of 3pm on at least 2 other days.
