We are seeking an associate attorney to join our workers compensation defense firm. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, regardless of their background. We offer a collaborative environment to work with partners, senior attorneys, and support staff to bring the best results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Representation: Represent employers, carriers, and third-party administrators from claim inception to resolution.
Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support successful case strategies.
Case Management: Manage a caseload of claims, providing updates to clients and moving claims to resolution.
Negotiation: Negotiate settlements with applicant attorneys, lien claimants, and co-defendants.
Documentation: Draft and review legal documents.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate.
Bar License.
Previous experience in workers' compensation law is preferred, but recent graduates with relevant internships will be considered.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
