Job Description:-

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Video Creator cum Editor who will be responsible for producing compelling video content from concept to final out. This role requires a creative individual who can design, short and edit videos to tell captivating stories. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of video production, editing software and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

Key responsibilities:

1. Video Creation & Conceptualization:-

Collaborate with the content team to understand project requirements and target audience.
Develop creative video concepts, storyboards and scripts for various video formats (eg. social media posts, promotional videos, tutorials, product demos.)
Plan and organize video shoots, ensuring smooth execution.
2. Video Production:
Capture high-quality video footage, ensuring proper lighting, sound and camera techniques.
Direct and guide talent during video shoots.
Set up, adjust and operate camera equipment and other filming tools.
3. Video Editing:
Edit raw footage into polished and engaging videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
Add graphics, animations, effects and music to enhance video stroytelling.
Ensure that the video content aligns with the brand's voice and message.
Review and revise edits based on feedback from team members or clients.
4. Audio & Video Quality Control:
Ensure high audio and visual quality in the final output, adjusting sound levels, color grading and visual effects.
Implement necessary corrections in lighting, sound or visual imperfections.
5. Content Optimization:
Edit videos specially for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook etc.) ensuring they meet the requirements for each platform's format and length.
Maintain consistency with branding, style and messaging across all video content.
Implement SEO strategies for video content to enhance discoverability on platforms.
6. Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with the marketing, design and social media teams to align video content with campaigns and goals.
Attend team meetings to discuss creative ideas, deadlines and video strategies.
