SAVI IMEX PTY LTD, trading as Tooway Creek Bakery, is a cherished family-owned Vietnamese bakery located in the vibrant new community of Moffat Beach on the Sunshine Coast. Well-loved by locals for our dedication to quality and freshness, we are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic, and committed Baker to join our growing team.
Responsibilities/Tasks
Operating baking machines and equipment
Prepare pastry fillings
Kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough for bread, cakes and pastry products from raw materials
Prepare and decorate cakes.
Ensure the cleanliness of equipment and working area before production runs to ensure compliance with OHS regulations.
Training and supervising of junior members
Place ingredients and raw materials order with supplies when required
Quality control to ensure meeting the companys high standards
Monitor oven temperatures and product appearance to ensure correct baking times and quality.
Candidates requirements
To be considered for the position, a successful candidate will possess the following:
Minimum of 2 years full-time experience as a Baker
Certificate III in Baking/Patisserie or higher
Passion for Baking
Hard and reliable worker
Good time-management skills
Annual Salary Package
$70000 to $75000 plus Super
