Full-time Mental Healthcare Therapist (IC/Remote/Telihealth)

Seeking Mental Health Providers Licensed to Practice in Michigan: LPC, LMSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD - $75,000+/year (Independent Contractor/Remote/Telehealth)
Job Responsibilities
• Provide Appropriate, Evidence-Based Therapy: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services to clients residing in Michigan.
• Maintain Client Caseload: Must be able to work with a caseload minimum of 10 clients once credentialing is complete and clinician is getting regular referrals.
• Keep Client Charts Current: Enter progress notes within 48 hours of each session and keep client charts up to date at all times.
• Communicate Regularly with Team: Maintain regular communication with clients and coordinate with owner, administrative team, and billers as needed, replying to all inquiries in a timely manner.
• Perform Independent Contractor Services: Operate as an independent contractor affiliated with 3Cs Counseling Center, maintaining responsibility for tax and insurance requirements.
• Have Telehealth Capabilities: Must have high-speed, reliable Wi-fi access and a webcam to provide two-way audiovisual telehealth sessions in an environment equipped to maintain HIPAA standards and client confidentiality.
Candidate Requirements:
Seeking fully licensed candidates with an LPC, LMSW, LMFT or LP (PsyD or PhD) who are able to see clients throughout Michigan. Master’s level degree or higher.
Limited licensed professionals may also apply but must provide their own supervision. Proof of supervision required. LLs will also initially be able to host only private pay sessions and must be available for weekly internal case conferences.
All applicants must maintain compliance with all continuing education requirements and ethical standards needed to maintain licensure. License must be in good standing.
Applicants must be willing to maintain a minimum caseload of 10 clients after credentialing is complete.
