Manage and optimize online campaigns to drive website traffic, leads, and sales.
Analyze and report on digital campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Conduct SEO and SEM audits and implement strategies to improve rankings and visibility.
Manage social media platforms, creating and scheduling content to engage the target audience.
Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to develop digital assets and campaigns.
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing to ensure the company remains competitive.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and paid ads.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
Creativity and an ability to think outside the box to solve marketing challenges.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).

Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and strategies.
