Full-time R&D Lead / Principal Investigator

We are seeking an experienced R&D Lead or Principal Investigator oversees research initiatives focused on understanding and developing assistive technology and interventions for Writing Challenges in Children. This role involves designing and coordinating research studies, collaborating with experts, managing project timelines and leading a team of researchers.

Qualifications:
Master’s or Ph.D. in Psychology, preferably with a focus on learning disabilities or developmental psychology.
Experience:
Minimum 7–10 years of research experience, preferably in academia, healthcare, or industry-related projects.

Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all research and development projects related to Writing challenges in Children
Design and execute research protocols, ensuring adherence to ethical and academic standards.
Supervise research teams, providing mentorship and guidance in study design and implementation.
Collaborate with external stakeholders such as academic / medical institutions, policymakers, and NGOs.
Publish high-impact research articles and present findings at conferences.
Work with the tech and education teams to ensure research translates into practical solutions.
