We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Telemarketers to join our dynamic team in Randburg. As a Telemarketer, your primary responsibility will be to clear out leads on our CRM system, ensuring the data is accurate and up to date. You will also perform quality checks on new leads and confirm the interest of prospective students before passing them on to our Sales Consultants for further engagement. This role is crucial in maintaining a smooth sales pipeline and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and clear leads on the CRM system.
Conduct quality checks on new leads to ensure accuracy.
Contact prospective students to confirm their interest.
Hand over confirmed leads to Sales Consultants for further processing.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
