Qualifications and Experience:
Programmes to be managed by the candidate:
Bachelor of Administration in Licensing Practice
Advanced Diploma in Traffic and Metropolitan Policing
Qualifications required:
At least an NQF 8 which is a Postgraduate Diploma or an Honours degree in the above-mentioned fields.
3-5 years of lecturing experience in higher education, particularly in Traffic Policing, Metropolitan Policing, or related fields.
Experience as a Traffic or Metropolitan police official or with agencies like the Road Traffic Management Corporation (RTMC) is an advantage.
The successful candidate for this role should possess a unique blend of metropolitan policing and road safety expertise, educational proficiency, leadership skills, innovation, and a commitment to nurturing the next generation of Traffic and Metropolitan Policing professionals. As a Senior Lecturer, you will serve as an academic guide and mentor, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and continuous improvement within our Traffic and Metropolitan Policing programs.
