Collaborative Change is seeking a full-time compassionate and dedicated licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our online team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health counseling and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care to clients.
Responsibilities includes:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients mental health status and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plan based on assessment findings.
- Provide online therapy sessions utilizing various evidence based interventions best suited to clients needs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in a timely manner. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Attend online staffing once a week.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Valid IN clinical license LMHC, LCSW, or related field.
- Experience in assessments and diagnosis of clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members.
Job Type: Full-time. Contract
