Michelin Chef de Partie £30,000 + Tips

Chef de Partie required to join this multi award winning Michelin Restaurant

The Restaurant serves Tasting Menus created from luxury seasonal ingredients and chefs take out some of their dishes to the customers explaining the dish content and methods used

As Chef de Partie you will be working as part of the team, duties will include organising your section ensuring all prep is completed to the required standards and the kitchen is clean and organised ready for service.

Previous Michelin Experience is preferred but Head Chef would consider Chefs with a 2 / 3 rosette background if they can show that that they have passion for cooking and commitment to creating an amazing experience

Some Live in / Staff Accommodation maybe available but would also suit any applicants living in the Holt, Fakenham, Cromer, Aylsham or possibly Blakeney area with their own transport if required.

Benefits

Salary Package of £30,000 (based on 48hr Week)
Share of Tips (usually at least £5000 per year paid monthly)
Meals on Duty
Possible Live in available
