We are looking to engage a Cleaning Subcontractor to maintain a clean and orderly environment at one of our job sites.

Location Details:
- Building 1418-A: One floor and one lobby require regular cleaning.
- Building 1430-B: Two floors, one lobby, and one elevator also need upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all designated areas remain clean and orderly.
- Vacuum each floor weekly.
- Vacuum each lobby weekly.
- Clean and sweep the elevator in Building 1430-B weekly.

Qualifications:
- Must hold valid insurance.
- Should possess commercial-grade cleaning equipment (such as a vacuum); expenses for cleaning materials will be reimbursed.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
