Remote Capacity Planning Senior Analyst duties:
Meet regularly with the HR Staffing Adequacy team and Enterprise program leadership to stay up-to-date on program plans, requirements, and deliverable timelines.
Create materials to inform program leaders of their organizations current workforce size and make-up. Build templates to capture workforce resourcing plans, inclusive of instructional materials to ensure user comprehension of how to utilize the templates.
Analyze capacity data collected from different orgs/teams and create aggregated reporting. Utilize both capacity and skills data to create a cohesive analysis of organization staffing plans and potential gaps.
Develop executive-level summaries of capacity and skills data analyzed for delivery to leadership.
Collaborate effectively with senior leadership through clear, concise, and well-organized communication.
Maintain awareness of dependencies to meeting deliverable timelines and proactively communicate risks to the HR Staffing Adequacy team.
