Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Kolkata at Shamyaan Enterprises Pvt Ltd. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for communication with customers, lead generation, customer support, and sales activities on a day-to-day basis.

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Support
Sales skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
