Requirements:
🔹 Master Technician Certification
🔹 5+ years’ experience (Ford, Nissan, Mazda)
🔹 EV Qualification (or willingness to obtain)
🔹 Experience mentoring apprentices (preferred)
🔹 Valid driver’s licence & strong technical skills

Duties:
🔹 Diagnose, repair & test vehicles to manufacturer standards
🔹 Perform electronic visual health checks (eVHC)
🔹 Maintain OEM & RMI compliance
🔹 Train apprentices & ensure health & safety compliance
