Cell Biologist needs 3+ years’ with Masters in scientific discipline
Cell Biologist requires:
• MSc with 3+ years, or PhD with 0+ years of relevant experience in a scientific discipline such as molecular/cell biology, genetics, virology, or related field
• Proficiency in molecular and cell biology techniques (cell culture with mammalian and/or insect cell lines, molecular cloning, transfection). Knowledge or preferably experience in AAV and/or baculovirus. Strong interpersonal and organizational communication skills, and a good team player.
• Creative thinking, attention to details, and efficient project management in a fast-paced work environment.
Cell Biologist duties:
• Conduct experiments of the viral vector process to deliver internal productions of recombinant baculoviruses and AAVs.
• Design and execute molecular and cell biology experiments.
• Assist in the group efforts on vector expression system upgrade, cell line development and characterization, and AAV capsids.
• Manage experimental workflows and vector inventory through electronic lab notebook documentation of experimental data, protocols, and reports.
