About the Role
Milcom Institute is seeking an experienced Customer Services Manager for its challenging customer service operations. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional service, ensuring student success, and maintaining the institute's strong reputation.
The Customer Service Manager will oversee daily service operations, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to the strategic development of client services. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Our CSM will develop and continuously review our policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and educational services provided by Milcom.
Our CSM will ensure operational efficiency within our educational institution.
Our CSM will provide direction and feedback to team members and assisting with recruitment activities.
Our CSM will manage, motivate and develop staff who are focused in providing customer services.
Our CSM will plan and Implement after sales services to follow up customer satisfaction and advocacy and ensure performance of educational services procured, and modify and Improve services provided.
Our CSM will coordinate and collaborate with different organisational units, service agents and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations.
Our CSM will build and maintain strong relationships with students, clients, and other stakeholders.
Our CSM will ensure compliance with RTO standards and regulatory requirements and represent Milcom Institute at industry events and conferences.
Minimum Requirements
AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Business, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of three years of relevant work experience is critical.
Proven experience in customer services management role, ideally within the education sector.
Key Skills & Attributes
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of VET and RTO standards and regulations (highly desirable).
Proficiency in student management systems and relevant software.
