Full-time Airfreight Sales Manager

Air Freight Sales role involves promoting and selling air freight services to businesses and clients. This role typically requires a strong understanding of logistics, air freight operations and customer relationship management.
He/ She will ensure that Orchid Shipping Private Limited (OSPL) meets its Air Freight business objectives by gaining new customers, driving customer growth, retaining existing customers and working towards continuous value addition to the customers.

Responsibilities:
Developing the Air Freight Product for the company
Budget preparations, sales plan, and execution of management sales strategies.
Achieve sales goals through hands on market planning, personal sales execution, and development of business relationships with key customers, new business, and retention
Cooperate with the various operations departments to provide follow-up services as needed by the customers.
Generate new business by identifying potential clients and creating sales strategies.
Manage existing accounts, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Research and identify new market trends, customer needs, and industry developments.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with clients to close sales.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Plan new/existing contacts for customer retention, penetration and proactively meet customers’ requirements with a problem resolution approach.

Location-Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai
Experience-5 to15 years
Age maximum 52 years
Salary offered- 8 lakhs to 13 lakhs
