We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing relationships, understanding client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. This role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction while driving business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Develop a deep understanding of each clientÂ’s business goals, objectives, and industry challenges to provide tailored solutions.
Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (including project management, engineering, and procurement) to ensure timely delivery of services according to client needs.
Identify opportunities for account growth by analyzing current business performance and proposing new applications or enhancements.
Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales forecasts and performance metrics.
Conduct periodic reviews with clients to gather feedback and discuss service improvements or additional needs.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven work experience as an Account Manager or similar role within the construction or engineering industry.
Strong ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive leadership.
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable terms from clients.
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Working Conditions
The Account Manager will work in a professional office environment with standard working hours from Monday through Friday. Occasional travel may be required for client meetings or site visits.
