About the role:
An established multidisciplinary clinic is seeking a qualified and motivated Foot Health Practitioner to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a practitioner looking for a supportive, forward-thinking environment where clinical excellence, wellbeing, and career progression are prioritised.
Working across multiple community-based clinics, you will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to helping people stay active, mobile, and pain-free. You will benefit from structured induction, regular feedback, and ongoing professional development.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality foot care services, including general treatments, verruca management, and fungal nail therapy.
Manage a varied caseload while ensuring excellent patient experience and outcomes.
Participate in a structured induction and ongoing development programme.
Work collaboratively with a wider multidisciplinary team, including referral pathways to other clinical services.
Contribute to service development sessions and departmental planning.
Take part in regular supervision, training sessions, and peer support opportunities.
Requirements:
Recognised qualification as a Foot Health Practitioner.
Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
A strong team player with a collaborative approach to patient care.
Open to coaching and feedback with a commitment to continual learning.
Passion for foot health and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven service.
Proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
