Job Description: Java Developer

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and a passion for building scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Java applications.
- Collaborate with teams to define and implement new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
- Write clean, efficient code.
- Participate in code reviews.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven Java development experience.
- Proficiency with Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
