Sales Executive

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to
join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales,
excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
 Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other
lead generation activities.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
 Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our real
estate projects.
 Close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
 Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the
customer base and increasing sales revenue.
 Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree preferred.
 Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Strong organizational and time management abilities.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
