Job Description: Team Member at Munchies ATX

Position: Team Member
Compensation: $13/hr +tips with Food Handler License (can be provided), $18/hr+tips for Food Manager License (must obtain independently)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging warmly with our guests.
- Learn and perform front-of-house duties, including taking orders, serving food, and handling transactions.
- Assist with back-of-house tasks such as food preparation, cooking, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both inside the restaurant and in outdoor service areas.
- Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and be willing to work outside as needed.

Qualifications:
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine interest in customer service.
- Ability to learn and perform both front-of-house and back-of-house duties.
- Willingness to stand for long periods and work in outdoor conditions.
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sales) systems
- Experience with market events or food pop-up events
- Possession of a Food Handler License (or willingness to obtain, training provided).
- Possession of a Food Manager License preferred (or willingness to obtain independently).
