This role will play a key part in facilitating effective collaboration between our U.S.-based entry-level developers and our senior developers located internationally.

Job Description:
As an Entry Developer Collaboration Assistant, you will support the integration and coordination between our U.S. entry-level developers and our senior development team outside the U.S. This part-time position offers flexible working hours and involves assisting with project management, facilitating communication, and ensuring that development efforts are aligned and progressing smoothly. This role is perfect for someone passionate about technology and eager to gain experience in a global development environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Communication: Act as a liaison between entry-level developers in the U.S. and senior developers abroad to ensure clear and effective communication.
Project Support: Assist in managing project tasks, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment between teams.
Documentation: Help maintain and organize project documentation, including meeting notes, project plans, and progress reports.
Collaboration Facilitation: Support cross-team collaboration by scheduling meetings, coordinating time zones, and addressing any barriers to effective teamwork.
Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance to entry-level developers, coordinating with senior developers as needed.
Reporting: Track project progress and provide regular updates to both U.S. and international teams, highlighting any issues or changes.
Best Practices: Promote and assist in implementing best practices for remote collaboration and software development.

Desired Skills and Experience:
U.S. Citizenship Required: This role is open to U.S. citizens only.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of software development principles. Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar is a plus. We provide all necessary technical knowledge and learning courses to help you develop the required skills.
Reliability and Honesty: We are looking for candidates who are dependable, honest, and committed to maintaining a high level of integrity in their work.
