Position Overview:
As a Senior HR Executive with a focus on recruitment, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Your role will involve developing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing and attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that the best candidates are selected for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and fit with company culture.
Interview Coordination: Organize and conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and provide feedback to candidates throughout the interview process.
Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Onboarding: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and initial training.
Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Employer Branding: Contribute to building and promoting the companys employer brand to attract top talent and enhance the companys reputation in the job market.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates in various roles.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
