Program Manager
Transformational Security, LLC is looking for a Program Manager with a technical aptitude in RF technologies to oversee the complete program life cycle of defense industry projects. The Program Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of RF-related defense programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience in program management and a solid understanding of RF technologies and their applications.
Key Responsibilities
Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement project plans, ensuring technical and operational requirements are met.
Provide technical guidance on RF systems and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
Monitor program performance against established metrics and KPIs.
Identify and address issues or deviations from the project plan promptly.
Continuously assess and mitigate risks throughout the program life cycle, focusing on technical and operational challenges related to RF systems.
Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on program status, challenges, and milestones achieved.
Conduct project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
Ensure all contractual obligations are met and facilitate the transition of deliverables to the operational phase.
Preferred Qualifications
TS/SCI Clearance required.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferred
5 years of experience in program or project management within the defense industry, specifically with RF systems.
Technical knowledge of RF equipment, systems design, and performance evaluation.
Proven track record of managing complex projects through all phases of the program life cycle.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and relevant technical software.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
