RICHSULP TECH is on a mission to lead the future of heavy metals treatment using sustainable, high-efficiency materials. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth, partnerships, and market expansion across the UK and international sectors.
This role will be instrumental in shaping our commercial strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and managing client relationships in the water treatment, environmental engineering, and sustainability sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with industrial, municipal, and research organisations.
• Develop and manage client accounts across the water treatment and environmental services industries.
• Support grant proposals, tenders, and pilot project proposals.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate research into commercial opportunities.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in B2B business development, preferably within environmental, chemical, or sustainability sectors.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of market trends in wastewater treatment, remediation, or advanced materials is a strong plus.
