Job Title: QUICK SERVICE RESTURANT (QSR) MANAGER
Location: Port Harcourt Head Office
Salary: ₦450,000 Monthly

As a Fast- Food Manager, you will oversee a fast-food business efficient and smooth operation. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive exceptional service, that food quality meets established standards, and that the overall dining experience meets or exceeds expectations. You will work closely with a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that goals are achieved, and customer satisfaction is maintained. A hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and exceptional organizational abilities are essential to succeed in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and lead a team of fast-food restaurant employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, food preparation, cooking, and serving, to ensure efficient and timely service.
Maintain high food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation standards to meet health and safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring proper stock rotation, making supply orders, and minimizing waste to optimize cost efficiency.
Ensure that all equipment functions properly and coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.
Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and achieve business objectives.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including food safety and hygiene guidelines.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
Fast Food Manager Required Skills
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and deliver excellent customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
Proficient in using technology and computer systems for inventory management, sales reporting, and scheduling purposes.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational issues quickly and effectively.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate the needs of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS
BSC equivalent in hospitality or business management is a plus.
Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment, preferably in a managerial role.
Knowledge of fast-food industry trends, customer preferences, and menu development.
Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and other relevant technology.
SERV Safe or equivalent certification in food safety and sanitation.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
